Registration Information
On-Site Registration
On-Site registration is highly discouraged; however, it will be available for those who are unable to firm up their plans until the program begins. On-site registrations will be charged an additional $50. There is no on-site registration available for the field trip.
Symposium Cancellations:
Cancellations made on or before September 25, 2009, are eligible for an 80% refund; between September 26 and October 2 , a refund of 50% will be made; and no refunds will be provided after October 2. Personnel substitutions may be made without penalty at any time prior to the start of the Symposium.
Field Trip Policies:
Attendance on the October 22-23 Field Trip is limited to the first 40 individuals who register and remit the applicable fees. Additional registrants will be placed on a Wait List in the order received, and will be notified it and when space becomes available.
The Field Trip generally fills quickly, but some cancellations are common. If you wish to be put on the waiting list, follow the directions on the registration form. Last minute cancellations are inconsiderate and extremely inconvenient for the Field Trip logistics team. Should you register and be forced to cancel, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
